The Executive Committee is the committee that helps evaluate the standing of the chapter and give valuable input on chapter events. The committee consists of the eight chapter officers, chapter advisors, the chairs of all standing committees, the Greenhand President, and one representative from the sophomore, junior, and senior classes as elected by their peers. The chapter president is the chair of the committee.
Program of Works
The Program of Works Committee works closely with the Vice President to develop the chapter's program of works.
The Newsletter Committee works closely with the Reporter to put together a quarterly chapter newsletter. The committee is responsible for gathering and reporting chapter news.
The Recruitment Committee works closely with the Recruitment Officer to recruit students into the FFA program. The committee will coordinate visits to middle schools to recruit new students.
National Chapter Award
The National Chapter Award Committee works closely with the Secretary to complete all sections of the National Chapter Award.
Systems of Support
The Systems of Support Committee coordinates with the Sentinel to ensure that equipment and supplies are prepared for all chapter events.
The publicity committee is responsible for coordinating all chapter media. The committee works to give the chapter a positive image in the community.
The Finance Committee works with the Treasurer to develop the chapter budget and evaluate fundraisers, as well as the financial standing of the chapter.
The Scrapbook Committee works with the Historian to develop the yearly chapter scrapbook. The committee is responsible for preparing the scrapbook to be entered into the scrapbook contest.
Food and Refreshments
The food and refreshments committee works to coordinate food for chapter meetings, events, and BBQ fundraisers.
The Community Service Committee coordinates chapter community service efforts and activities.
The Nominating Committee is composed of senior members of the chapter officer team and senior FFA members holding the State FFA Degree. The Committee is responsible for selecting the slate for the chapter officer team.
